I saw this lecture by Dr. Pausch on tv (ok ok ok, on Oprah!) a few months ago. I'm not one who typically enjoys watching lectures but I gave it 10 minutes of my time and was amazed and inspired. Hopefully, you will be too. Rather than having me give you a second-rate description of Pausch's life, purpose, and lecture, watch the video ok? We're all upon a new school year and we should think of it as a blank slate. I have a fresh year to try new things, change my attitudes, and hopefully become better. But first I need to decide, am I going to be a Tigger or an Eeyore?

I think it's crazy how he can openly repeat that fact that he's going to die without any fear or questions. This guy was amazing, he was not selfish and that's definitely a quality about myself I have to work on.
Thanks for your comment. My goal is to have even half of the energy that this man has, even with all the negatives he is going through.
